In this artwork, I reimagine the flamingo as a symbol of confidence, elegance, and resilience within an urban context. I use vibrant shades of pink and coral to define the feathers, allowing the figure to stand out sharply against a bold blue background. Color plays a central role here. It creates energy, contrast, and immediate visual impact.
Graffiti-inspired elements such as drips and abstract forms are layered into the composition to introduce movement and rawness. These marks disrupt the elegance of the flamingo in a controlled way, bringing street culture into dialogue with natural imagery.
