Asko Art is the creative studio and personal brand of artist Lars de Baat, offering original artworks, custom commissions, framed art pieces, and exclusive creations for private and business clients.

Orders & Acceptance

In such cases, any payment made will be refunded.

These variations are a natural part of original and custom-made artwork.
Commissioned Artwork
Commissioned pieces are created specifically for the client based on agreed specifications such as concept, dimensions, style, framing, and delivery timeline.
Each commission is unique and may require a dedicated production period.
Estimated completion and delivery times are provided as guidance and may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork, demand, and project scope.
The agreed timeline remains an estimate unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Pricing & Payments
All prices shown on the website are listed in the displayed currency.
Depending on your location, prices may include or exclude taxes.
Full payment must be completed before shipping or before work begins on a commission, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
I reserve the right to update:
prices
product availability
commission rates
promotional offers
at any time.
However, confirmed orders will always be honored at the price agreed during checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Every artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping times may vary depending on:
artwork preparation time
production time for commissions
destination country
courier processing
customs procedures
Once shipped, delivery is handled by external shipping partners.
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, Asko Art cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, force majeure, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Returns & Refunds
For original artworks already available in store, returns may be requested within the applicable return period, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition.
For commissioned or custom-made artworks, returns are not possible once work has started.
If an artwork arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the confirmed order details, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery via:

Where appropriate, a suitable solution may include:
replacement
repair or re-framing
re-creation
refund in exceptional cases

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or cancelled before shipping or before the commission process has started.
Because commissioned pieces often begin shortly after confirmation, I kindly ask that any requested changes are communicated as soon as possible.
Once work has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
