Welcome to Asko Art. By placing an order, commissioning artwork, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Payments

All payments must be completed before artwork is shipped or before a mural/commission project begins. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders remain unaffected.

Commissions & Murals

Custom work requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Concept revisions are included within reason; additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Ownership & Usage Rights

Asko Art retains the copyright to all artworks, including commissioned pieces, unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients may not reproduce or resell the artwork without permission.

Cancellations

Orders for original artworks or prints may be canceled before shipping. Commissioned work and murals cannot be canceled after the concept design phase.

Damage or Issues

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos. I will work with you on repair, replacement, or a suitable solution.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive tracking information once your artwork is on the way.

International shipping is available. Delivery times vary by location.

Packaging

All artworks are packed securely to ensure safe delivery. Canvas and framed pieces receive extra protection.

Returns

  • Original artworks and prints: May be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

  • Custom commissions and murals: Not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email me within 48 hours with photos. I’ll work with you on repair, replacement, or compensation.
